Just a quick note to stay that I am alive and well. We are in northeast Spain enjoying the beautiful mountains and calm flowing rivers. A group of us spent a full day canyoning on the St. Antiol river. It was a pure wilderness experience and incredibly gorgeous. I must say that I´m not as hardcore as I thought I was. There were some jumps I wasn´t able to commit to. I opted to rappel down some of the waterfalls instead of taking a cold plunge into the river. We had on wet suits, helmets and harnesses. I felt like an astronaut on the moon, or a martian just reaching Earth with all of that gear on! Korbi guides trips here regularly with his company Easy Day.
